The purpose of this letter is to share our experience in working with David Markowicz of Elite
Residential Realty in a recent real estate transaction.
My wife and I recently contracted with Dave Markowicz to sell a vacation home we owned in
Oak Park, California. Inasmuch as we have bought and sold and currently own multiple
residential and commercial properties in California combined with the fact that my wife spent
over 20 years as a licensed commercial real estate broker in four states, we expect and insist
upon a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in any agent we employ to manage
the purchase or sale of a property.
We are pleased to confmn that Dave consistently met and exceeded our highest expectations in
the prompt and successful sale of our property in Ventura County. There were some unique
challenges we faced in this transaction, but Dave met and overcame each of them in an expert
and professional manner and secured for us the highest sales price ever achieved in our
neighborhood for a similar property. And he did so in record time generating multiple offers and
ultimately producing a highly qualified buyer. Despite the fact that we were located on the East
Coast during the entire process, Dave kept us consistently up to date on the progress of the
transaction and managed the entire process in an excellent manner paying close attention to
every detail. Indeed, when our transaction closed, Dave even went above and beyond his regular
duties in helping us sell and move all the furnishings of the property.
In any future transaction in which we are engaged, we will not hesitate to retain Dave again, and
would highly recommend him to any other potential buyer or seller in the area. You won't make
a mistake with Dave because his is as good as it gets in the real estate agent field.

I desired to purchase a home in the West Hills area and I asked Dave to represent me based on a gut feeling he was going to be extremely aggressive in seeking a house. In addition to really getting an understanding of what was best for my situation, Dave was extremely helpful in all facets of the success outcome of my house purchase endeavor!
One of the things that I extremely appreciated with Dave was keeping me on track. Moreover, it was Dave who came across the perfect house via pure agent intuition as it was never in our radar based on cost—yet, it ended up being the house I bought. Due to his professionalism and absolute desire to get me into the house, he worked feverously with the seller’s agent and my mortgage lender to work-out all the insurmountable issues and details to get me and my family into the house.
I will always be so appreciative to Dave for all of his efforts. Therefore, if you want an agent that is there for you—then you must hire Dave.
I am writing this letter to express my appreciation for Dave Markowicz, the Realtor I used on the sale of my Culver City Duplex.
I had the pleasure of meeting Dave at a seminar regarding short sales and real estate.
Dave had been a member in the audience and after the seminar; he approached me in the lobby to find out my opinion about the seminar. Dave mentioned he had done previous short sale work, and we discussed my property that I was going to list but needed someone who knew about the short sale procedures.
I never was referred to Dave, but had this feeling when we met that he would put my interest first and foremost and his ability to connect with people.
Needless to say, that without Dave, my short sale listing would never have been closed without his determination to have my needs met as a seller. After almost a full year of buyers walking away due to the long process of a short sale, Dave was able to secure a new buyer.
The thing that impressed me the most was Dave understands my position as a seller that wanted the full unconditional release of my liability from the bank and without settling for anything less than that request.
Not only was Dave instrumental in getting the liability released, but also was able to have the new buyer contribute proceeds to have the liability fully released without me having to go through foreclosure.
It was Dave that kept my spirits high through this very emotional state I was going through in this long drawn out process, but he kept me focused and on track to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I will be always grateful to Dave, and I not only consider him my Realtor, but a new lifelong friend!

I am sorry that it took awhile to write this letter of appreciation. I would like to let you know
that working with David Markowicz was a real pleasure. I had never sold a house before and so
did not understand all the fine details. David was extremely patient with the whole process and
answered all questions. He is truly a “people person”. I enjoyed his upbeat personality, he always appears positive. I love that trait.
In a time with such a soft market, he always persevered. Our property was on a busy street, not
an easy sell even in a good market. Dave never gave up hope and always seemed to have
another client or idea in his back pocket. We did not have that many offers but Dave stuck to
his guns. I think that Dave just has that plain old GOOD KARMA….he is professional, yet
personal and does not slough off any details.
I have given his name to a couple of people, but if I ever have the opportunity to recommend
him to someone buying or selling….well, he is the man!! Thank you again for your patience in the whole process.
